THE CONSTRAINT

A capable team running below its ceiling: two-to-three active closers, an underperforming outbound agency, no structured forecast, and revenue concentrated in a single motion. Growth was happening — but the commercial engine wasn't built to compound it.

WHAT I DID

Rebuilt the team and the motion. Expanded closers to five-plus across four territories, re-coached existing reps to framework-based standards, replaced the outbound agency, opened an enterprise pipeline from zero, and put a real forecast and pipeline architecture underneath it all.
