Performance Improvement & Management

As any organisation grows performance and motivation fluctuates and becomes more difficult to track and stabilize. By evaluating performance then creating a performance improvement strategy that is inline with your organisations vision, values and mission statement, ThinkWork can ensure performance improvement is quickly implemented and maintained with our Performance Management services. ThinkWork can also assist by simply providing quarterly or annual Performance reviews in the absence of team leads or department heads based on your KPIs and other requirements.

Evaluation

All of ThinkWorks processes start with an evaluation of things as they are now, how you perceive them as currently and where your organisation would like things to be. An evaluation of performance is perhaps the most in depth often consisting of data dives on teams and individuals, interviews and group sessions.

No action is taken until this is clear and all parties are aligned with how to move forward. Performance patterns, reviews and achievement time frames are a key component to any organisations success and ThinkWork recognise the need for teams to deliver on all fronts. 

Performance is symbiotic with motivation and we work with you and key stakeholders to ensure our evaluation is inline with your organisations motivational mantras and we are always willing to assist in this area if needed.

 

Planning

Once all parties agree to move on to the planning phase we will work closely with you to develop a Performance Improvement, Performance Management or Performance and Management strategy around your core vision and values. Based on our findings in the evaluation phase we will present our final plan and time frame for your approval. This could include training programs, mentoring, talent acquisition assistance, operational improvement suggestions (such as KPI and/or remuneration reevaluation), leadership upskilling, leadership coaching/mentoring to name just a few.

Every organisation is different and ThinkWork prides itself on using Organisational Psychology to precisely evaluate each team, individual and their dynamic to provide a unique solution that delivers AAA results on deployment through to delivery.

Deployment

ThinkWork will only deploy an agreed Performance Improvement strategy with key stakeholder approval and once given the green light will work tirelessly to ensure its success. By now you will have a good understanding of the ThinkWork process and methodology, so here you are free to give ThinkWork autonomy to execute or have deployment include touch points with high or low levels of stakeholder oversight. The choice is yours and varies organisation to organisation and project to project. 

Execution

ThinkWork is always keen to grow, learn and develop along the way. No project goes entirely as planned and as such ThinkWork turns this to an advantage; ensuring part of the execution process is to constantly evaluate and evolve and ensure our aligned goals are met. Many Consultancy firms rely on stagnating projects or 'afterwork' to generate recurring revenue. ThinkWork relies on to the letter execution and delivering promises for return business, not prolonging current projects. Your success is our success. It's that simple.

We will continue to evaluate all areas of your organisation, measure all relevant data and maintain effective communication between all involved in deployment and execution.

 

 

Delivery

ThinkWork are usually the first to tell organisations delivery has been achieved and goals have been or will now be met. We will inform you and deliver a full report. Performance Improvement & Management is generally an area ThinkWork are involved in over longer periods of time than other consultancy services provided. This is because performance needs to be monitored over long periods to see if change is temporary or long standing. As organisations add new functions or individuals the dynamic can change and without consistent oversight from someone who is unbiased it is easy to let the early warning signs of poor performance fly under the radar. This is why ThinkWork is often tasked with being on call to evaluate performance externally from time to time even after Delivery of a major Performance improvement project.
